Ms. Radler has practiced law in Portland, Oregon since 1982 and is considered one of the region’s leading real estate lawyers. Ms. Radler has been a frequent speaker on real estate matters to attorneys, real estate brokers, and property managers. She has planned and participated in several continuing legal education programs for attorneys. She has also spoken at programs sponsored by organizations active in the real estate community such as the Portland Metropolitan Association of Business Owners & Managers (BOMA) and the Commercial Association of Realtors® Oregon/SW Washington (CAR) on such issues as effective contract negotiation, lease drafting issues, agency disclosure, and the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements.
Ms. Radler is currently a member of the Advisory Board of Portland State University's Center for Real Estate. She was the Chair of the Real Estate and Land Use Section of the Oregon State Bar Association from 1994 to 1995 and was an active member of its Executive Committee from 1989 to 1996. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Multnomah County Bar Association.
The Portland Business Journal presented Ms. Radler with a 2010 Orchid Award as one of the region’s top 25 women in business. She received the Affiliate Award from the Commercial Association of Realtors® Oregon/SW Washington in 1996. In 1997, she received a “Forty Under Forty” award from the Portland Business Journal which annually recognizes emerging business leaders with notable accomplishments and a commitment to community service. Ms. Radler is currently a member of the board of directors of DePaul Industries. She served as a board member of the Ronald McDonald House for six years.
